what is apple cider vinegar? i have a soar throat (that hurts like hell) and iheard somewhere i should gargle with it and then swallow it afterwards, anyone know what it is?

idk what it is but ive heard it works. one of my realitves tried it and said it worked pretty well. u can proly get it at like a pharmcy or sumthin maybe even walmart. im not sure exactly what it is but it works.

You do not swallow the salt-water. Same with the Apple Cider vinegar...just gargle with it and spit it out. It will work in the short term. Advil will help too. They are NSAIDs and they will reduce inflamation.

Also there is that Chloraseptic spray will help in the short term too. I like the cherry one over the mint.

ooo man that Chloraseptic spray is amazing. i have some and it completely numbs your throat works great. i even have the generic equate crap but its amazing. ya i have the cherry as well but if i were u id pick some of that stuff up first as it is AMAZING!

I know what it is but the smell of it i hate! however it's good for you but im not trying that lol. my father uses it to clean his feet and even washes his hair with it sometimes drinks it but i wont.
